Thank you for shopping with OZOON UAE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including underwear and swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
- If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind, wrong size selected), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose to receive your refund via:
- Your original payment method, or
- Store credit
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
