Shipping Zones

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Fridays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your Emirate.

Shipping Costs

Orders over 200 AED qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee applies and will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen courier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or you experience any delivery issue, please contact us at ozoonshopify@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
