Care Instructions

Washing: Machine washable. Wash with similar colors using a gentle detergent. Follow the care label on your garment.

Drying: Air dry when possible to maintain shape and color. Avoid high heat in tumble dryers.

Ironing: Iron on the appropriate setting for the fabric. Use steam for cotton and linen pieces.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knitwear and hang structured pieces to preserve their shape.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier or customs processing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours of dispatch.
